These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of FancyCalves Uploader (the “Client”), a private, single-user tool operated by Tyler Giffel (the “Owner”) that uploads the Owner's own videos to the YouTube channel @fancycalves.
1. YouTube Terms of Service
FancyCalves Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using the Client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the Client
The Client is intended solely for the Owner to upload and manage the Owner's own original content on the Owner's own channel. It is not offered to the public. Any use must comply with these Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
3. Privacy
How the Client handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Content disclaimer
Videos published with the Client are original, AI-assisted content: they are created with the help of artificial intelligence tools and may contain inaccuracies. The content is provided for entertainment and general information only and is not financial, investment, legal or other professional advice. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any decisions.
5. No warranty
The Client and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Client, this website or any content published with the Client, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Client, which is zero.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
