Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FancyCalves Uploader (the “Client”) accesses, collects, stores, uses and deletes data. The Client is a private, single-user tool operated by Tyler Giffel (the “Owner”) that uploads the Owner's own original videos to the Owner's own YouTube channel, @fancycalves. The Client is registered under the Google Cloud project “fancy-calves”.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
FancyCalves Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using the Client, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube API Services are provided by Google, and Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
2. Who the Client serves
The Client has exactly one authorized user: the Owner. It only accesses the Owner's own YouTube channel. It does not access other users' accounts or channels, and it does not display YouTube data to anyone other than the Owner.
3. Data accessed, collected, stored and used
The Client authenticates with Google OAuth 2.0 using the scopes youtube.upload, youtube and yt-analytics.readonly. Within those scopes it handles only the following data:

The Client does not collect any other personal information, does not access other people's data, and does not use any data for advertising, profiling or sale.
4. Sharing with third parties
The Client does not share, sell, rent or disclose any data accessed through YouTube API Services with any third party. Data is exchanged only between the Owner's private computer and Google's APIs.
5. Cookies and device information
The Client does not store, access or collect cookies, and does not collect device information or other identifiers from any device or browser. This website also uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party scripts.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke the Client's access to your Google account and YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Select “FancyCalves Uploader” (or the “fancy-calves” app) and choose to remove its access. Once access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and the Client can no longer access your YouTube account.
7. Data retention and deletion
- All stored API data (OAuth tokens, channel ID, and uploaded video IDs and metadata) is deleted within 7 days of a deletion request or of access being revoked.
- Any API data that is not currently authorized is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, consistent with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

8. Security
Tokens and stored data are kept only on the Owner's private, access-controlled computer. They are not uploaded to any server or cloud service operated by the Client.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
